Positive: Great location right by the ski lift and easy access to the mountains. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and breakfast

Negative: If coming with kids - ludicrous policy on access to the swimming pool (only certain hours). Several guests were complaining about this during our stay - especially in August this makes no sense. Also the road outside does have a lot of traffic on it, so at times is noisy

Positive: The rooms were nicely appointed and the breakfast was over the top excellent. Staff was friendly.

Negative: Right in the middle of town and very noisy. All the traffic made for a tricky turn to find parking. If you are looking for quiet mountain ambience this isn’t it. If you like the city and love the convenience of having a gondola just across the street ( if you are there during their ski season) you would appreciate the hotel. We were there at the very beginning of May. The Hotel had just a handful of guests and yet they chose to put us on the street side looking at a big building. We were booked for 3 nights. We stayed one night and asked if we could be released from the next two nights and the front desk staff graciously agreed. We found lodging out of the city and further up the valley and were happy for the decision to find alternative lodging.

Positive: Elegant hotel in the middle of La Massana, just across the road from the cable car (we didn’t go up as we had other purpose for visiting Andorra). Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated. Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️. The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra. We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time. For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

Negative: I can’t think of anything.

Positive: Great facilities, a nice area well connected with the city, clean room with a beautiful view, cozy common rooms, decent breakfast with many options, nice pool and spa.

Negative: The staff was not too friendly and helpful. Dinner was not worth the money, and the senior waiting staff was borderline rude (on the contrary, the junior staff at the restaurant was friendly and polite). Also, the parking situation is not ideal.

Summary: Nice experience overall, but would appreciate a bit more politeness.
